Sades Top 5 Breakfasts

Updated: Apr 2, 2020

1. Scrambled Eggs With Veggies

I scramble my eggs with a dash of milk and cheese. I enjoy adding spinach, mushrooms and pepper to a skillet and sautéing those before I add my eggs.

2. Overnight Oats

You will need oats, a ripe banana, milk of choice, vanilla, chia seeds and protein powder. Mix together ingredients the night before and set aside in fridge. In the morning, add additional milk to preferred consistency. You can add any berries or fruit you would like!

3. Banana Oat Pancakes

Banana, egg, vanilla, cinnamon, oats. Blend in food processor or blender! I enjoy topping these with peanut butter and sugar free syrup! So tasty and they store well for leftovers.

4. Peanut Butter Banana Toast

This is easily a favorite of mine. It's quick and easy, as well as nutritious. You need toast, peanut butter of your choice and bananas, all of which you likely already have on hand. Sometimes I sprinkle on hemp seeds, chia seeds and cinnamon but that is optional.

5. Yogurt Parfait with a side of Toast

My abolute favorite yogurt is the strawberry cheesecake light and fit yogurt! So delicious. I also enjoy the vanilla light and fit yogurt. Add your fruit and granola and boom, you're done! Quick, easy and guaranteed to curb your sweet tooth!

Enjoy!
